Service Description

You will received nutrition advise and a exercise routine to help with weight lost to do at home. one hour sessions, 6 sessions. Get motivated, getting that confidence coming back, kick out any bad habits and getting back to exercise.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel a session or treatment, please do so at least 48 hours in advance. If you cancel within 48 hours, 50% of the payment you made will be deducted from the amount already received. This policy ensures that others have the opportunity to book your time slot. Thank you for your understanding.
